In an effort to increase parental and family engagement and support two-way communication, Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD will provide, to the extent practicable, the Campus Improvement Plan, the Parent and Family Engagement Policy, and any other pertinent information in a language and format understood by parents and the public.

Should there be families who speak languages other than English PBTISD will provide translations below.

ESSER III Use of Funds Plan

In PBTISD's efforts to continuously involve theSurvey Participants community, a survey was conducted in the summer of 2021 consisting of parents, staff, and community members. Feedback was provided on what methods ESSER IIIfund should be utilized for students and staff in support of learning loss 
and operations to maintain physical and emotional health. Additionally, ways to support learning loss whileout of school time or extended days. PBTISD will be building our plans for funding based on these responses:
