The Pecos Cross Country teams laced up and delivered another strong showing this past weekend, with athletes from middle school through varsity taking on a competitive field of runners. The Varsity Boys stole the spotlight, finishing 1st place as a team with five runners placing in the top 25. The girls’ teams also fought hard, with Varsity and JV athletes recording solid mid-pack finishes and middle school runners gaining valuable race experience.
The event brought together more than 250 runners across multiple divisions, and Pecos runners showed grit, determination, and team unity on the course.
