Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD is excited to announce a makeover of its popular “Just Ask!” feature with an all-new look and expanded capabilities. The district’s “Just Ask!” form has been transformed into an interactive AI-powered chatbot—making it easier than ever for families to get answers to their questions anytime, anywhere.
The new Just Ask! chatbot, powered by AlwaysOn, can now be found floating on every page of www.pbtisd.net in the bottom right corner of the screen. Families can simply click the chat icon to receive instant answers to commonly asked questions about district events, enrollment, transportation, school hours, calendars, and more—without needing to call or email.
“This update reflects our continued commitment to accessibility and family engagement,” said Superintendent Brent Jaco. “We want families to feel supported and connected to their schools at all times, and this new chatbot helps provide that level of service by delivering quick, accurate information right at their fingertips.”

“Our goal was to enhance the experience without removing the personal connection our families value,” Jaco added. “The chatbot adds convenience, but we’re still here for one-on-one support whenever needed.”
