Get ready for Homecoming 2026 at Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD! This year, we’re heading to Eaglewood for a Hollywood-inspired week of dress-up days, school spirit and Homecoming traditions.

The Pecos Eagles will take on the Estacado Matadors in this year’s Homecoming game, so make sure you’re ready to show your Eagle Pride all week long, September 21–25.

Monday | Walk of Fame
Dress as your favorite celebrity or influential historical figure.

Tuesday | Stars in Disguise
Dress in all black like you’re hiding from the paparazzi.

Wednesday | Lights, Camera…
Elementary: Red Carpet Ready: Dress fancy like you’re attending a Hollywood premiere.
Secondary: White Lies: Wear a school-appropriate white lie T-shirt.

Thursday | Eagles Out West
Dress in your best western gear.

Then on Friday, September 25, it’s Homecoming Game Day as the Pecos Eagles face the Estacado Matadors.

Homecoming Parade

The 2026 Pecos High School Homecoming Parade will take place Thursday, September 24, beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m.

This year’s theme is “Welcome to Eaglewood!” Participants are encouraged to decorate their floats and vehicles with a Hollywood-inspired theme and help bring Eaglewood to life in Pecos.

Floats will begin gathering on the right side of Second Street at 5:15 p.m.
Floats will line up in the order they arrive. Parade order is first come, first served.
The Pecos High School Student Council float will be the final float in the parade.
The parade will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. on S. Eddy Street. Floats will continue south on S. Eddy Street until W. Jefferson Street, where they will turn right and continue to the visitor-side parking lot at Eagle Stadium.
All floats, decorations and trash must be removed from the parking lot after the parade has concluded so the area can be prepared for the Homecoming football game the following day.

Join us for the Homecoming Pep Rally immediately following the Homecoming Parade at 7:15 PM at Eagle Stadium! This spirited event is a true community affair! Packed with Eagle pride, performances, and school spirit. All community members are encouraged to come out, cheer loud, and help us rally behind our Eagles!

Homecoming Game

The Pecos Eagles will be taking on the Monahans Loboes on Friday, October 3 at 7 PM at Eagle Stadium at Rotary Field. The Homecoming Court will be presented during half-time.

Guests planning to attend the game can purchase tickets ahead of time beginning on Sunday, September 28. Please be advised PBTISD observes a Clear Bag Policy at all athletic venues.
